  My wife and I moved from New Jersey to Henderson recently. Mr.Dodds helped us to update our wills and completed our estate plannings according to the NV laws. Mr. Dodds did a professional job for us within a very reasonable amount of time. Mr. Dodds was very friendly, easy to talk to, and was very patient in explaining the pro and com of all the options dealing with the estate plannings. His legal fees were reasonable.   Mr. Dodds, and his office staff were all friendly and professional from my first phone call to the office through my experience setting up a trust. He made it very easy and guided me through the process. If you don't have a trust you need one and Mr. Dodds is the man foe tje job. He will answer any questions you could have and takes his time with you as the client. A great experience I would recommend him to all.

  We visited Mark Dodds for the purpose of restating our Revocable Trusts which had not been updated for many years and were out of date as to our wishes. We had a few very unusual situations we wanted to cover in our Trusts. Mark did an excellent job of understanding our desires and explaining options we may not have considered. He listens and is not an egotist like may lawyers are. His knowledge of the law is also excellent. We discussed a price for his services which was reasonable and the final bill was exactly as agreed. We would strongly recommend Mark Dodds to anybody who has somewhat complicated trusts and or wills. Also, by being with other lawyers, we feel that in his absence they would also be able to meet our needs.
