- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My initial experience with the person who answered my call was great. Dot and I worked on getting all the information together and she was so helpful, I thought for sure that I would write my homeowner and auto policies with this company. However, whoever she handed the quote request off to never responded. It has now been 5 days - three business days - and I have not received and email or call. I guess 5k a year worth of business was not worth the effort. A real shame, but if they cannot be bothered to respond to new business, how will they act if I need to file a claim? Oh yeah - thanks for the needless hit on my credit report too.By jim ferry, February 21, 2017
