- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This Bank and the Anthem Village location is exemplary in how they conduct business! It's convenient, no long lines, and the best part is the staff at this particular branch. Josh Menard handles my accounts with Chase and he's the best banker and bank executive I've ever dealt with before. He navigates any issue smoothley. always approaching the situation with a keen, solution-oriented mindset. Anything I've ever needed, he's handled. I know I can always count on this kind, intelligent and professional guy to get the job done. He and all the staff at Anthem Village Chase are the reason I stay with Chase and with this location. I appreciate their hard work. Honestly, I'm not the type to put out a review on a business like this, especially a bank, but these people at the Anthem Village location are a real cut above what I've dealt with in the past. I highly recommend Chase Bank, the Anthem Village location, Josh Menard and the entire group of individuals who work there to anybody looking for a great bank who gets the job done and gets it done well! - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I'm glad to have a local Chase in the area. At the same time, I've tried to get a new set of checks - twice now - with our new address, but they keep sending us new checks with our old address on it. It would be nice if people would do their job and pay attention to what is being requested - especially after all of the misc. bank charges financial institutions are willing to charge their customers. Although the staff has always been friendly, this Chase needs to step up their game and pay attention to be able to supply their customer base with what's being asked of them.By Joshua Wrye, April 24, 2017
