  I tried to get a document notorized which required the "owner"...after he came out from the back and seemed already annoyed he had to do notary services he proceeded to tell me my document wasn't a good enough copy and refused to notorize it. I then had to email it to his stores email address and have him print out a copy which he charged me $5.25 for one copy. Then when he realized I now had a printed new copy he was huffing and puffing complaining that he had to do the notary for me anyway. I guess charging me another $5 on top of the $5 he already made off my copy was not enough to make him come out of the back room. I told him I never experienced such bad service at a UPS store as asked for a different associate to help me. That associate rudely replied that the guy already helping me was the owner. The owner then said he didn't want my business. All this because he was lazy and I found a way around his poor excuse. Horrible manage and poor rude workers at this location.

  This is despicable ! Sent a letter to my brother . who is very ill . wanted the best service to "mail" to Ontario Canada . Charged $15.00 . find out they sent it USP .. over a week ago and I paid for tracking .. now they tell me it's only tracked to LA .. what . now that's not tracking is it... still hasn't arrived ... If I wanted to mail it through the UPS ... I would have gone to the US Post office down the road. Never again will I use UPS all some people want is you money ... not give you the best service. !!!
