- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had so many problems with my Wells Fargo account years ago, I closed the account. However, after my employer offered an incentive to open a WF account, I reluctantly switched over. I am SO HAPPY that I did. The staff at the Horizon Ridge location, in particular, has been so helpful. I not only feel respected, but cared for, by all the personal bankers there.
