- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have recently had a chance to speak with the owner of this UPS store. And I realized that a lot of what I thought was happening wasn't and it seemed like it was a huge misunderstanding. We have now recently reconciled our differences and can go forward. I have had my box with Tom at UPS for almost 3 years now and in those three years I have yet to have any issues besides the one I posted about just recently. And since that was a misunderstanding I've never had an issue with them so my hats off to Tom and having his business for 30 years!! Cool!By Minor Experience, November 22, 2016
