- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We used the self serve drive through car wash, which broke our rear windshield wiper on our new SUV. I reported it to the manager, and at first, they acted like they would take care of it, but then when I followed up with them, the owner just pretended I wasn't there, wouldn't answer calls, wouldn't respond to email, wouldn't do anything. The ridiculous thing is, the part wasn't even that expensive, and had they done the right thing, I would have come back, no problem. The fact the owner wants to shirk responsibility, and operate in a disingenuous manner, really is shameful. Do not wash your vehicle here, they will damage your vehicle, and will not act in a responsible manner to fix it.By Michael Davis, September 10, 2017
