- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Set an appointment to apply for a travel credit card with my husband and after applying with Anthony, he started to apply for the wrong card! While still there, we asked him to correct it. He then assured us he did make the correction and we signed the paperwork. Few days later, our cards arrived and they were the wrong credit cards. My husband and I called the branch main number 14 times and no one even picked up! We then spent 1 hour on the phone with B of A Customer Service and Sales department only to be told we needed to wait another 3-4 weeks to correct the mistake so it wouldn't affect our credit scores! Just a side note, even the corporate center couldn't get a hold of this branch!By Jessica Claudio, January 05, 2017
