  Update: More staff have been hired, and not only are they very friendly, but they are very helpful and willing to assist in any way. Haven't had to deal with the new owner again, and haven't had any issues since the increase in staff. My love for this store has come back, and I hope they continue to do the great job they are currently doing. Previous review: Ever since the change in ownership, this location has gone down the drain. Every time I try to pick my mail, there is an issue. The store doesn't open on time, employees leave during business hours and no services are available until they get back. And don't even think about asking for your packages as they are delivered.... you will get attitude and be told to come back later.

  Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I was told to get out because I asked if they could take my box closed.. Not only was I told to get out by the lady helping me but her husband came out from the back telling me to get out of his store .. I left and went to the ups store down the road. If You're reading these reviews Save yourself time and go to the UPS store on Lake Mead and see Craig the have beyond wonderful Customer service.

  My experience with this business may very well be the worst customer experience I have ever had. I went to this UPS Store with a prepaid/insured shipping label, and a package ready to ship. I showed the lady behind the counter the UPS document that the UPS Store needed to sign as a receipt, indicating that they received the package for pick up by UPS. She said "we don't sign anything." I said "I can't leave this with you without some receipt". She again said we don't sign anything. She provided no reason why they would not sign the UPS receipt, nor did she provide advice on how I should handle this. I didn't say a word to her, and just went over by the door and called UPS customer service. After explaining the situation, I asked the UPS employee on the phone if the UPS Store could just refuse to sign the UPS document authorizing pick up? She was not sure so I suggested she go ask her supervisor, which she went to do. During that time, the lady in the UPS Store comes over and says, "we won't sign that no mater what they say, and we won't send your package." I was still on the phone with UPS customer service, when a man comes out from the back within about a minuite and says in threatening manner "I don't care what they say, this is my business and you need to get out." I need to reiterate at this point, I did not say one single solitary harsh word to them during this entire episode. I left for another appointment, during which time I called UPS corporate customer service, recounting the incident. I asked the UPS representative one question after recounting the details to her: "Even though they are the UPS Store franchise owners, can they just do or say anything they want?" The customer service representative said regardless of the business details in question, UPS does have customer service standards that franchise owners must adhere to. She then provided me with the telephone number and email address for UPS Store customer relations. If anyone needs this information after a bad experience with this terrible business, just post a review requesting it. Unfortunately, these reviews don't do much good, as most people would not bother to check for reviews on a businesses like this, until after they have a bad experience. The only effective recourse to this from the victim's perspective, is to make certain the corporation that provides oversight is I informed of these incidents like I have done.
