- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆absolute nightmare experience. "jay" at office rude and incompetent. (he's gotta go) my package tracking info says "out for delivery", then all tracking info stops. clearly the carrier liked the looks of my oackage and STOLE it. why and how else would tracking info cease? zero help from henderson branch, zero help from USPS. outright thieves. package was STOLEN by USPS personnel. it would be a different issue if parcel tracking said otherwise, but it's last info was "out for delivery" POOF it's GONE. driver took it. not a doubt in my mind. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called shortly after 1730. Spoke to operator asking if she could schedule a passport appt. She said "hold on". Finally hung up at 1814 after being on hold for 37m15s with no communication with her during that timeframe. This "person" is really in some need of phone etiquette training as related to customer service skills.By David Drobvit, January 15, 2017
