  We are being denied care left and right on this policy she signed us up for. I would have never in a million years agreed to an HMO, and nowhere on what I signed does it say HMO. Her job is to provide her clients with correct information to make an informed choice. That's what a broker does. Now I can't even pay cash for my son to receive good care because doctors aren't allowing us to do that. I'm so upset with what Jennifer put our family through in the last two years. I can't get a physical. I can't afford another baby. My son can't go to the right ENT and he can't hear us. Unbelievable. This policy shouldn't even exist, much less be something you sell to your clients under the impression that it's "the same" as the group PPO we were on in 2013. It's not the same. It's stealing. Not only money, but time and peace of mind. We are not insured. We are taken advantage of. Complete and total disappointment. Don't trust Jennifer to sell you what you want. And definitely don't sign up for BCBS Pathway HMO. Your providers will laugh at you when you tell them what insurance you have.
