- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Package wasn't delivered since I wasn't available to sign. It went to this location that has bankers hours as opposed to being sent out again for re-delivery. I spoke with an employee at the store on 11/17 at 0900 who told me my package was there. I asked if daughter could pick up but was told no since she had a different last name. I informed the employee I would have to pick up the next day. Left work early to get there before closing and package had been sent back. This is not customer centered at all. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They lost my package! I came in with a pre paid shipping label, 'which pays for shipping and boxing " I brought my 4 mics wireless microphone system in,,NOT in a box. Carol was at the counter and said to me that I could go I didn't need to stay for packing. The item wasn't packed in a box when I left, it was sitting "items loose" next to the scale. My package arrived at the sent destination missing a microphone 1 antenna, and 1 power cord. Now the Ups store hasn't had a manager call back.By Karl Sommer, December 01, 2016
