- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Had a mixed experience here. First, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. There was a 4 hour wait, but I only waited 5 mins because I made an appointment first. However, you cannot use electronic documents for proof. They must be in paper. This was not my experience from the state I came from. The lady that helped me was very condescending, and just kept repeating that I needed "original documents." Well, my electronic W-2 is original. I haven't had a paper W2 since about 2002. She wouldn't accept the electronic documents, which is fine, but she kept repeating "original document" like a parrot. Fine, I'll go to Kinko's and come back tomorrow. Inconvenient, but I'll deal with it. However, get with the times. Electronic documents should be acceptable in 2017. Edit: made an appointment and came back the next day. I was helped by the most friendly woman. All in all, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Bring all documents in paper, and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with their DMV Dash Pass. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just came back from the DMV office in Henderson. What a good experience! I just moved here from California and my CA DL expires tomorrow. Very easy booking an appointment online while in Wisconsin last week. Showed up on time with the necessary documents. Kristen took care of me. Very pleasant as was the lady who took my photo.
