- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I moved here from California nearly two years ago. The person who opened my account discovered that I had an account with BofA many years ago, and evidently just transferred that information over to the new account. I updated my personal information online, but due to a recent issue, I have learned that my driver's license number was never updated. Moreover, I must return to the branch to have it verified. Seriously? Who sets up an account for someone who just moved here and doesn't update the information? This is the epitome of laziness on the part of the person who opened my account!! No wonder this branch gets such horrible reviews. UPDATE: After visiting this branch, my problems were resolved by Toni in a very professional manner. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is run by IDIOTS! I tried to deposit my income tax refund check. Because it was made out to myself and my wife, and I didn't have her ID, (she did sign it), they wouldn't let me deposit it. So I used their mobile app and deposited it. These people need to quit hassling their customers. Also, they do not have many tellers, so you almost always have to wait in line. And, when I asked them if they charged to stop payment on a check, they asked me if I was a Preferred customer. What? I thought all their customers were preferred. I ask them if they would prefer to have NO customers? As I said in the beginning, these people at this branch are IDIOTS.By Lex10999, September 15, 2017
